TCT Threaded Countersink – No Pilot

These TCT (tungsten carbide tipped) countersink cutters pilots are removable, this allows a wide variety of pilot diameters (purchased separately)
to be used in the same countersink. Available in either 100° or 130° chamfering angle.

1/8” bore with side locking grub screw to allow for interchangeable pilots. (see pilots page), shanks are the industry standard 1/4” UNF (28 tpi).

These countersinks can be resharpened in house by Ultracut, therefore saving on new tooling costs.
