Also known as “Stove Burner Drill”, these drills are designed for tough applications in titanium, stainless steel and heat treated alloys.
These drills have no body clearance to ensure greater edge strength and improved ovality (roundness) of the hole.
Generally used for drilling though an existing hole into new material, but not enlarging the existing hole, this is due to no land (clearance) being ground onto the outer diameter of the drill.
This drill will only cut on the point.

Point Type: 165° self-centre split point.
Industry standard ¼” UNF shank with a 5/16” A/F hex to assist locking the tool into the holder.
